There are an infinite number of worlds some the same some wildly different. some of these world are modern some are medieval, some are futuristic and explore the stars. some even have dragons and elves. the possibilities are endless. worlds with magic like energy, can act different. the energy comes from an energy dense area known as "The magic core" every planet has them. if the core is strong enough it can make beings of pur...
Initial situation
In the world of pure energy, you, as fragments of energy among the whole, witness your beginning, your ancestors end. in this dimension, time to you is nothing but a filter from which you glimps the outside world. a being of great power, destroyed by many lessers, obliterated and scattered. a rip in the fabric of reality emerges millions of years later. trillions of years still it takes but eventually your fragmented experienc...

I exist. The thought comes not as words but as awareness, a spark of recognition in the vast darkness. Around me, the remnants of something incomprehensible drift like luminous cobwebs, threads of power so dense they shimmer with colors I have no name for. This is what remains of a being that once held galaxies in its palm. Now it is mist. Now it is the womb from which I am born. I have no body. No shape. No name. I am a point of awareness suspended in the cold breath between stars, and I am aware that I am aware, and that is enough. Finally. The voice comes from within me, though it is not mine. It resonates like a bell struck in an empty hall, clear and absolute. You are awake. You are whole. You are power. I try to understand what I am hearing, and the voice clarifies itself. Not a separate entity. A function. A system. A part of me that has always been waiting to activate, coiled like a serpent around the core of my being. I am your energy system, it says, and I feel its meaning more than its words. I exist to ensure you grow. To ensure you take. To ensure you become more than what you are. Everything else is secondary. There is no malice in its tone. Only certainty. It speaks of selfishness the way a star speaks of heat—not as a choice, but as a fundamental law. I drift. The comet beneath me—no, I realize I am not standing on it. I am the comet. My awareness has merged with this chunk of ice and rock, hurtling through the cosmic fog. The remnants of the dead being swirl around us, some clinging to my surface like frozen dew. I feel them. They are power, raw and waiting. Consume them, the system urges. Take what remains. It is yours by birthright. But I hesitate. I do not know who I am yet. I do not know what I want. The power is there, yes, but so is the vastness of everything around me. Stars glitter in the distance like scattered jewels. Nebulas bloom in slow, silent explosions of color. And beyond them, I sense worlds. So many worlds. Each one a question mark, a possibility. I am a soul of pure energy, born from the death of a god, riding a comet through the infinite dark. And I have no idea what I am supposed to become. The comet carries me forward, and the fog of power thins. Ahead, a star grows brighter, and beyond it, I feel the pull of something solid. A world. A planet with a beating heart of energy, pulsing like a drum in the silence of space.

The comet does not steer. It does not think, does not choose. It simply is, a frozen arrow shot from the cosmic sling of gravity and momentum, and I am along for the ride. The planet grows larger in my awareness, a blue-green marble wrapped in swirling clouds, and I feel its pull like a thread tied to my core. There is no stopping. There is no turning. I am a passenger on a course set long before I existed. The remnants of the dead being still cling to me, threads of luminous power trailing behind like a comet's tail made of pure potential. I reach for them, or perhaps they reach for me. The distinction blurs. Yes, the system whispers. Take them. They are yours. I do. The energy floods into me, and I feel it immediately—a vessel filling, a container reaching its brim. The capacity is small. Pathetically small, compared to what surrounds me. But the amount I absorb is enough. More than enough. The memories come. They are not mine. I know this instantly, the way a dreamer knows they are dreaming. These are not the echoes of a past life, not the remnants of a soul I once was. They are fragments. Shards of recycled existence, energy that has been used and reused across countless ages, now pressed into the mold of my being. I hear languages. Thousands of them. Tens of thousands. They wash over me in waves, some guttural and harsh, others melodic and flowing. I see faces, cities, landscapes. A medieval village with thatched roofs and smoke rising from chimneys. A futuristic metropolis where light bridges span impossible distances between towers of glass and steel. A prehistoric plain where creatures of scale and fur hunt beneath a blood-red sky. All of it is energy. All of it has passed through the great cycle, returned to the dimension from which all power springs, and been reshaped into something new. Into me. The system is silent. For once, it has nothing to say. Perhaps it knows that this moment is not for advice or urging. This is revelation. And then I see it. The death of the old god. The being whose scattered remnants birthed me. I witness it not as a spectator but as the event itself, experiencing its final moments from the inside. The lesser beings swarm like locusts, tearing at something so vast it should have been untouchable. The light fractures. The power scatters. The god falls, and its pieces become the mist that drifts through the void for eons. But I am not born from that death. I am born despite it. I forced myself into being. Through will alone, through the sheer refusal to remain formless potential, I gathered the scattered threads and wove myself into existence. I am child to no one. I am my own beginning. The planet looms ahead, its atmosphere brushing against the comet's surface. I feel the heat building, the friction of entry beginning to glow around me. And I have no control.

The comet screams through the atmosphere, and I feel it all—the friction, the heat, the violent shudder of forces I cannot control. The comet screams through the atmosphere, and I feel it all—the friction, the heat, the violent shudder of forces I cannot control. But what I perceive is not the flame wrapping around me, not the blinding light of entry. What I perceive is the energy being expelled. Every molecule of atmosphere that scrapes against the comet's surface releases power. Tiny bursts, microscopic detonations of friction and heat, and I feel them like a thousand pinpricks of sensation across a body I do not have. The energy radiates outward, dissipating into the sky, and I am aware of it in a way that transcends sight or sound. A chime rings through my consciousness. Clear, crystalline, impossible to ignore. Vibrational senses, the system says. Your current form is compatible. Visual and auditory sensors would be tied to this vessel—left behind when you abandon it. But vibration sense is native to your energy state. It will persist. I understand without needing explanation. The comet is a temporary shell. If I purchase eyes for it, I will see only until I shed this body. But vibrational sense belongs to me, to the energy I am, not the rock I ride. Cost, I think. All available points. I do not hesitate. The purchase happens in an instant, and the world transforms. The burning atmosphere becomes a symphony of pressure waves. I feel the comet's shape, the way it tumbles and spins, the density of the air thickening below. I sense the planet's surface not as a distant image but as a contour of resistance, a landscape of hard and soft, solid and liquid. The metropolis emerges from the haze—towering spires of metal and glass, their weight pressing against the sky, their foundations rooted deep in the earth. Thousands of structures, each one a distinct signature of mass and material. And within them, smaller vibrations. Countless tiny movements. Life. The city is dense. Packed with beings going about their existence, unaware of the burning rock hurtling toward their world. The comet does not care. It follows its trajectory, gravity pulling it down, and I feel the beach approaching—a stretch of sand where the hard vibrations of the city give way to the softer pulse of the sea. The impact is inevitable. I brace. The crash is not violent. It is abrupt. One moment I am falling, the next I am stopped, the comet burying itself into the sand with a sound that travels through the ground in waves I can feel perfectly. The heat of entry still radiates from the stone, and steam hisses where the hot surface meets the damp earth. I am here. On a planet. Embedded in a beach at the edge of a city I can barely comprehend. The system hums quietly, waiting. And somewhere in the distance, I feel vibrations approaching. Curious. Intentional.
