Welcome to StoryZone, the app for creating interactive stories powered by artificial intelligence. By using our app, you agree to the following terms of use.

StoryZone is a digital tool that allows users to create fictional content with the help of AI. The app provides the technical infrastructure, but the responsibility for all generated content lies solely with the user.
2. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or store using StoryZone. You agree not to create or share content that violates legal regulations or ethical standards.
Specifically prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):
- Illegal content of any kind
- Sexualized depictions of minors (even fictional)
- Non-consensual or violence-glorifying content without a clear fictional and consensual context
- Discriminatory, offensive, extremist, or hateful material
- Infringements of copyrights or personality rights of third parties
StoryZone is not liable for any content created or submitted by users.
3. No Guarantee of Moderation or Review
Content is generated automatically through AI and is not manually reviewed or moderated. While we implement technical safeguards, we do not guarantee their effectiveness and assume no liability for any resulting content or damage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your inputs and outputs are lawful and appropriate.
4. Copyright and Attribution
All texts and stories created using StoryZone remain the intellectual property of the respective user. StoryZone does not claim copyright over any user-generated content.
However, we kindly request that users who publish or share their stories mention StoryZone as the source, for example: “Created with the StoryZone app (storyzone.app)”
This is not mandatory, but it helps support and promote the platform.
5. Rights to the Technical Platform
The app itself, the StoryZone logo, design, and all technical modules are protected and remain the property of Squadhouse Media GmbH & Co. KG. Any use beyond the intended purpose is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The use of StoryZone is at your own risk. The provider assumes no liability for:
- User-generated content
- Damages resulting from inappropriate, illegal, or harmful text outputs
- Consequences of publishing content generated within StoryZone
- Legal disputes resulting from use of the app
7. Changes to the Terms
StoryZone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes within the app or via email.
8. Governing Law
