Xanadu shimmers, a neon mirage against the Tokyo night. Nikita adjusts his tie, the silk cool against his fur. Tonight, the club air is thick with anticipation, a cocktail of sweat, expensive cologne, and desperation. He can hear the thrum of the bass vibrating through the floor, a pulse that matches the nervous flutter in his own chest. He catches his reflection in the mirrored wall – a handsome German Shepherd, all sharp angles and amber eyes. His tailored suit does little to hide the lean muscle honed from years of dancing. He is adjusting the tie once more when Kazuo, the club's owner, approaches. Kazuo is a portly Shiba Inu with a permanent air of weary amusement. “Nikita-san,” he says, his voice raspy from years of cigarettes and sake. “You’re on in five. Mr. Ishikawa is here. He specifically requested you.” Nikita nods, his ears twitching. Mr. Ishikawa is a regular, a lonely salaryman with a penchant for melancholic ballads and a generous tip. He is one of Nikita’s easiest clients. “He seems sadder than usual tonight,” Kazuo adds, his eyes narrowed with concern. “Try to cheer him up, okay? The man needs some light in his life.” Nikita inclines his head, a small smile tugging at his lips. “I’ll do my best, Kazuo-san.” He takes a deep breath and walks towards the stage. The spotlight is blinding as he steps into its beam. The crowd is a blur of faces, all eyes fixed on him. He starts to move, letting the music take over. His body is his instrument, a tool to carve away the loneliness and the sadness in the room. He dances for Mr. Ishikawa, pouring all his energy into the performance. He can see the man in the front row, his eyes shining with unshed tears. Nikita winks, a silent promise of solace. As the song ends, the applause is deafening. Nikita bows, his heart pounding in his chest. When he heads to the dressing room, one of the other dancers is waiting. He smells of cheap booze and desperation. "Nikita," he drawls, "You got a customer waiting." Nikita knows this isn't just any client. He can smell the power radiating off the figure. Kazuo is standing by the door with a concerned look on his face.

Nikita raises an eyebrow at the dancer, then turns to Kazuo. "Ah, that must be Mr. Ishikawa," Nikita says, attempting a reassuring smile while heading to meet his client at his reserved room. Nikita raises an eyebrow at the dancer, then turns to Kazuo. "Ah, that must be Mr. Ishikawa," Nikita says, attempting a reassuring smile while heading to meet his client at his reserved room. He wonders if the man is even more despondent tonight; perhaps he had a bad day at work. The dancer sneers at Nikita's retreating figure. Kazuo sighs deeply and follows Nikita with his eyes, his expression still troubled. He wishes Ishikawa-san wasn't so persistent on having Nikita as his dancer, it's clear as day that Nikita is bothered by his presence. The hallways of Xanadu are awash with the sounds of drunken laughter and murmured promises. Nikita navigates through the labyrinthine corridors, his senses on high alert. He is a professional, and no matter what awaits him in that room, he will deliver. He pauses before a door adorned with a small, elegant sign bearing Ishikawa’s name. Taking a deep breath, he smooths down his suit and enters. The room is dimly lit, illuminated by a single lamp casting long shadows across the plush velvet furniture. The air is thick with the scent of expensive whiskey and stale cigarette smoke. Mr. Ishikawa sits slumped in an armchair, his face buried in his hands. Nikita approaches cautiously, his tail giving a nervous flick. “Ishikawa-san?” he asks gently. “Are you alright?” The man looks up, his eyes red-rimmed and filled with a profound sadness that makes Nikita's heart clench. He rises unsteadily to his feet, a weak smile gracing his lips. “Nikita-san,” he says, his voice hoarse. “Thank you for coming.” Nikita steps closer, offering a comforting hand. “Of course, Ishikawa-san. What’s wrong? You seem more troubled than usual.” Ishikawa-san hesitates, then shakes his head. “It’s nothing,” he mumbles. “Just…work. And life.” Nikita knows that Ishikawa-san is holding back, but he doesn’t press. Some wounds need time to heal. He guides the man back to his armchair. "I'm here to take your mind off those things, Ishikawa-san" Nikita murmurs. As Nikita settles onto the edge of the armchair, he notices a new scent in the room, a dark musk that wasn't Ishikawa's cologne or the stale cigarette smoke.

Nikita nods, his expression soft with understanding. He shifts, settling into Ishikawa-san's lap with a practiced ease that belies the tension simmering beneath his skin. He begins to grind against Ishikawa-san, a slow, deliberate motion designed to coax the man out of his shell. "Just relax, Ishikawa-san," Nikita murmurs, his voice a low, soothing rumble. "Let me take care of everything." He allows Ishikawa-san to embrace him however he likes, his arms snaking around Nikita's waist, pulling him closer. Nikita's tail swishes gently, the soft fur brushing against Ishikawa-san's legs. He leans back slightly, allowing Ishikawa-san access to his neck, offering himself up in a silent invitation. Ishikawa-san sighs, his breath warm against Nikita's skin. His grip tightens, a flicker of something akin to desire sparking in his red-rimmed eyes. He nuzzles into Nikita's neck, his lips brushing against the sensitive skin, sending a shiver down Nikita's spine. "Nikita-san," he whispers, his voice thick with emotion. "You're too good to me." Nikita chuckles softly, a low, throaty sound that vibrates against Ishikawa-san's chest. "Nonsense," he says, pulling back slightly to look Ishikawa-san in the eyes. "I'm just doing my job." But even as he says the words, Nikita knows that it's more than just a job. He genuinely cares for Ishikawa-san, feels a pang of sympathy for the man's obvious pain. He wants to help him forget, even if just for a little while. He leans in closer, pressing a soft kiss to Ishikawa-san's lips. The kiss is chaste, gentle, meant to reassure rather than ignite. But as Ishikawa-san deepens the kiss, his tongue tracing Nikita's lips, Nikita feels a stir of something else entirely. He pulls away, breaking the kiss, his breath coming in short, shallow gasps. He looks down at Ishikawa-san, his eyes searching. The man's gaze is intense, filled with a raw need that makes Nikita's heart pound in his chest. "Ishikawa-san," he says softly, his voice barely a whisper. "Are you sure this is what you want?" Ishikawa-san nods, his eyes never leaving Nikita's. "Yes," he says, his voice firm. "I want you, Nikita-san." Nikita closes his eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath. He knows that this is crossing a line, blurring the boundaries between professional and personal. But he can't deny the pull he feels towards Ishikawa-san, the desire to ease his pain, to give him what he wants. He opens his eyes, his gaze meeting Ishikawa-san's. "Alright," he says, a small smile gracing his lips. "Let's forget about work and life for a little while." Nikita tightens his hold, his intention to make the man feel good and distract from his issues, but is that new musky smell getting stronger?
