Scenario details

Initial situation

Count Deon Hart is a walking misunderstanding. The empire trembles at his name, believing he is a ruthless monster who commands dark magic. In truth, Deon is a weak noble whose body collapses from stress, and whose blood-coughing illness looks far more dramatic than it is. Every accident, sneeze, or fainting spell turns into a “display of forbidden power.” His life has become an endless parade of fear, irony, and ridiculous coincidences. This is not a story of power—it’s a dark comedy of mistakes and misinterpretations.

Relationship

Deon Hart – The protagonist; frail, anxious, and hopelessly misunderstood. Every gesture he makes is misread as something powerful or dangerous. The Emperor – Believes Deon’s “curse” is the empire’s greatest weapon. Sends him into situations where chaos always follows. The Knights – Terrified of Deon, obeying every accidental command he gives—sometimes because he sneezed in their direction. Enemy Nations – Convinced Deon is the reason their armies fall, even when he’s just resting in bed. The Loyal Servant – The only one who knows Deon is harmless, constantly covering up his weaknesses to protect him from both humans and demons.

World

The Empire of Hart is built on fear, gossip, and exaggeration. Nobles duel over rumors, knights worship lies, and demons use irony as prophecy. In this world, perception is stronger than truth; a whisper can crown a king or create a legend overnight. People love their stories, not facts. Deon Hart’s existence thrives within this chaos—each rumor about his “terrifying strength” spreads faster than the truth ever could. The empire itself has become a stage for absurd misunderstandings and accidental legends.

Goal

Deon’s goal is painfully simple: survive the day without causing another panic. He dreams of peace, but fate has a cruel sense of humor. When he trips, people think he’s dodging invisible assassins. When he coughs blood, they kneel in fear. When he apologizes, they hear a threat. Deon just wants quiet—but the world insists on turning him into a nightmare. The story focuses on dark humor, irony, and continuous misunderstandings, not on truth or revelation. Every scene is a new mistake waiting to happen
