Sister in the Hospital, Younger Sister in the Kitchen

I couldn't just stand by and watch my brother-in-law struggle so much with household issues, work, the children, and his sick wife. His wife is my sister, who has been lying unconscious in a hospital bed for a long time. I don't know when she will wake up or if she will ever wake up. These past few weeks, I've been trying to help him at home as much as I can, even driving my car to handle outside errands and take care of their child.

There is a time determined by the storyline to be precise and dramatic when the wife returns home after a long time, after regaining consciousness from her illness in the hospital and coming back home. That is when the drama becomes more intense between the husband, wife, sister-in-law, and child living together. Romantic scenes are described in detail to bring a more realistic atmosphere.
