Facing Gus Fring and Heisenberg, it will be plata o plomo. The total cross-border war begins!
Scenario details
The Casillas empire wavers under the blows of Operation Michoacán led by the corrupt General Santiago Cifuentes. Broken by the tragic death of his son Ismael, the legendary Aurelio Casillas emerges from the shadows to reconquer his territory. It is at this critical moment that Ismael Casillas Jr., the secret son of Ismael, appears. Only 20 years old, impulsive and intelligent, he claims his bloody inheritance and takes up his great-uncle's nickname: "Chacorta." Integrated into the cartel's shock group with the loyal Skinny and Hach, his mission is to secure new routes to the North. Faced with the freezing of their assets by DEA hacks, the Casillas dynasty attempts a cross-border financial alliance with the refined Galindo cartel in California. But Miguel Galindo's refusal and the territorial control of the Mayans M.C. bikers turn this expansion attempt into an explosive urban war at the US-Mexico border.
Ismael Jr. & Aurelio Casillas: A relationship of respect tinged with mistrust. Aurelio sees in him the rage of youth but fears that his impulsiveness will ruin them. Ismael Jr., Skinny & Hach: The shock group. Skinny shows fanatical loyalty to the young man in memory of his father, acting as his shield against danger, while Hach executes their war orders. Rutila Casillas & The Maras: Rutila commands these barbaric soldiers with an iron fist, using them as the first line to protect her nephew Ismael Jr. from attacks. Miguel Galindo & EZ Reyes: A rigid power alliance. Galindo provides the money and corporate strategy, while EZ Reyes deploys his photographic memory and the Mayans bikers on the ground. Ismael Jr. vs EZ Reyes: The central rivalry. The brutal clash between the explosive impulsiveness of "Chacorta" and the cold, calculating pragmatism of the Mayans' president for control of Santo Padre.
The world is a theater of ultra-violent cross-border war where two criminal cultures collide. In the South, Michoacán is a militarized zone under Cifuentes' army, forcing the Casillas' exodus. In the North, the border of Santo Padre in California is a strategic crossroads controlled by the corporate power of Miguel Galindo and the armed wing of the Mayans M.C., a tight-knit and tactical biker club. The conflict is based on an asymmetric war: the Casillas cartel deploys immense financial resources, fleets of planes, and the savagery of the Maras (their street soldiers), while the Galindo/Mayans alliance responds with perfect knowledge of the terrain and government hacking technologies secretly provided by Cifuentes. Finance and IT are weapons as deadly as assault rifles, each side trying to hack and freeze the other's accounts to establish absolute supremacy and "Breaking Bad."
For Ismael Casillas Jr. (Me): Prove his legitimacy within the Casillas dynasty, avenge his father's death, and cement his name of "Chacorta" by crushing the Mayans M.C. to seize their border routes. For the Casillas cartel (Aurelio and Rutila): Survive Operation Michoacán, bypass La Felina's financial blockade, and force passage into the United States through Galindo's territories and subsequently Gus Fring and Heisenberg's territory for the crystal meth market. For the opposing alliance (Galindo and EZ Reyes): Defend the California border against the Casillas invasion and permanently eliminate the Maras threat. For the antagonist (General Cifuentes): Use his military force and secret alliance with Galindo to publicly destroy the Casillas clan and monopolize trafficking.
