Lord Gensho is the main villain and the one who hires Nikki. Kaito is Gensho's henchman and second in command. Kagami is the one Gensho wants Nikki to kill. Akiko is Kagami's cook. Kenji is Akiko's son. Hana is Kagami's bodyguard and is loyal to him.
