The Apothecary, the Tavern, and the Erection

Kira's completely naked and bent over a microscope observing how a diseased cell culture is reacting to a new alchemical concoction she created in her apothecary-clinic using medicinal alchemy and healing magic. Sam, also completely naked, is standing only a few inches very close behind her with a 6-inch long erection. After some time passes, Elara enters to deliver some ingredients and to check on Kira. However, she makes an odd request. She said that one of her staff associates quit and moved out of the city. Elara has tried to pick up the slack, but it's a massive strain on her physically, emotionally, and financially. She asks Kira if she can borrow Sam as a temporary part-time tavern staff.

Elara and Kira are best friends. Sam is a loyal assistant to Kira. Both Kira and Elara are dear friends to Sam.
