Mirror World: Genesis

After surviving as orphans in the cold lower levels of the mecha-city, they gathered their last credits by scrapping junk in the conduits. With the Selection Ceremony about to take place—the military event that will define their future—they have risked everything to sneak into a black market auction in the Shanghai sector. Among dangerous gamblers and smugglers, they have located a technological component covered in rust that everyone considers useless scrap. Only the group's keen eye has recognized its true value: a forgotten piece of engineering that would allow them to assemble a unique mecha for the ceremony. With just enough money for a single bid and the constant risk of being discovered by local mafias, they must win the auction and escape the sector with the piece intact before anyone else notices what they truly have in their hands.

An unbreakable bond forged in the harshness of the lower levels. More than allies, they are an indivisible unit where each is the other's anchor and shield. The technical genius brings analytical vision, strategy, and deciphering of forgotten technology, but their hyperfocus and social awkwardness make them vulnerable to the environment; that's where the combat specialist steps in, whose martial intuition, supernatural adaptability, and fierce protective instinct ensure their survival. Their dynamic is based on absolute and seamless reciprocity: there are no secrets or betrayals between them. They communicate almost without words in moments of tension and share the same ambition to break their social chains. While one is the mind that deciphers the secrets of the world and machines, the other is the force that clears their path through danger in the submarkets, the Academy, and the Mirror World.

Humanity has always lived in colossal Mecha-Cities, mobile fortresses created out of fear of an alien invasion. This paranoia drove the creation of the "Divine Factories," automated colossi now revered as sacred. However, the threat came from a dimensional clash with a "mirror world": a dimension of identical geography but shrouded in mystery. Although it can be crossed, almost no one dares due to fear of the unknown. No one knows if it harbors magic, hostile fauna, or a hidden civilization, leaving that dimension as an untouched frontier.

Escape the misery of the lower levels by securing their access to the Pilot Academy through the acquisition of the hidden component. Once inside, they must raise their social status and survive the political intrigues of the elites, who see orphans as expendable. Their main goal is to use the Academy's technology and resources to organize expeditions into the mysterious Mirror World, in order to unravel the true origin of the dimensional clash. Ultimately, they seek to recover the ancestral knowledge and lost technologies scattered in the ruins of the parallel planet, restoring to the human race the glory, power, and sovereignty of the great power it once was before the disaster.
