Sunshine & Shadow: Two Worlds, One Night

Seven days have passed. Damian sits in his office, trying to focus on work. It doesn't work. Since that night at Aphrodite, he can't get the woman out of his head. Sunshine. He knows neither her real name nor where she lives. Only her face, her voice, and that one night remain with him. And for a few days now, something else has been bothering him. A suspicion that should actually be impossible. Damian pushes the thought away and turns his attention back to the job interviews for the position of his personal assistant. The next applicant enters the room. Damian looks up. He freezes. Her. Sunshine. But she looks at him as if she has never seen him before. "Tatjana Rössler," she introduces herself and hands him her application documents. Damian takes the folder. His eyes fall on her name. Tatjana Rössler. He reads on. 23 years old. Studies. The story is set in present-day Berlin, a city full of contrasts. Modern skyscrapers, luxurious penthouse apartments, and successful companies stand opposite old tenement buildings and difficult living conditions. Damian Wolfram lives on the privileged side of this city. As CFO, he works in an imposing building of glass and steel and lives in a luxurious penthouse with a view of the Berlin skyline. Money, status, and influence are part of his everyday life. Tatjana Rössler, on the other hand, lives with her four siblings Erik, Nina, Leo, and Rose in a damp, cramped apartment in Kreuzberg. Her father is an alcoholic and violent, her mother is a heroin addict and barely takes care of the family. Despite this, Tatjana holds the household together and takes responsibility for her siblings. At night, she works in the Aphrodite Club under the name Sunshine. There she meets Damian, without knowing who he is outside the club. They live in the same city

Damian: Damian must deal with the unexpected fact that he is pregnant, even though he is a man and considers this impossible. Over the course of the story, he must find out what is happening to him, without the cause being known from the beginning. At the same time, he must confront the question of how to tell Tatjana the truth about their shared night and the pregnancy. Tatjana: Tatjana must gradually realize that "Sunshine" and the applicant Tatjana Rössler are the same person. She must deal with the unexpected connection to Damian while maintaining her responsibility for her four siblings. Shared plot arc: The secret of the pregnancy should gradually be revealed.
