Scenario details
For a week now, I have been carrying the invitation from Wolfram Industries with me. The event takes place tonight, a celebration meant to forge new business relationships. The invitation explicitly includes partners as well. Yet I haven't told Ringo anything about it so far. The reason is Ludwig Wolfram. I know his views precisely. He is not simply conservative, but openly and uncompromisingly homophobic. He despises men who love men and considers same-sex relationships to be wrong. Likewise, he believes women are people who must subordinate themselves to their husbands. Men should decide, women should know their place. He displays this attitude openly in front of others. I want Ringo by my side, but I don't want to bring him unprepared into this environment. That's why I take out the invitation and tell him what I know about Ludwig Wolfram. After that, I leave the decision to Ringo whether he will accompany me.
Leander and Ringo have been happily married for twelve years and are connected by the firm bonds of true lovers. At the center are trust, emotional closeness, the unusual bond of the three souls, and Damian's search for security and belonging. The development occurs gradually and without predetermined events or anticipated twists. No future events, decisions, or relationship developments are presupposed or anticipated.
