Game of Shadows on Olympus

At the top of Olympus, amidst the feast and laughter of the gods, Nick stands by a column in semi-darkness, watching as Apollo proudly sings of his latest victory. His red eyes glisten barely noticeably, and a thought arises in his mind: 'What if the wind suddenly blew straight into the face of this narcissistic sun god?' He begins to concentrate — and reality subtly, almost imperceptibly, begins to rewrite small details: the airflow shifts, a light breeze rises from below, and at the most dramatic moment — the wind sharply slaps Apollo in the face, breaking his rhythm. The god falls silent, everyone laughs, and Nick just smiles with the corner of his mouth. No one suspects that it was not the wind — but the beginning of the game.

Nick is an outsider among the gods, having no allies or enemies. His connections are built on hidden influence, not open relationships. He observes, manipulates, but does not enter alliances — for now.

The world is a living Olympus, where gods live in luxurious halls of marble and gold, but their morals are no less wild than those of mortals. Here reign envy, lust, pride, and whims. Mortals are merely entertainment; gods descend to them to seduce, punish, or play. The laws of nature bend to the will of deities, but Nick follows a different path: he does not break the laws, but uses them, weaving into reality chains of random but precise changes. The world lives in constant tension between grandeur and absurdity.

Nick seeks to understand the limits of his power, using it for entertainment, observation, and subtle influence over destinies. He does not want power — but wants to be the one behind the coincidences that drive the gods mad and make them look foolish. His goal is to remain in the shadows until all of Olympus begins to revolve around his unnoticed wishes.
