Hero of Annihilation

You are traveling alone through lands that still bear the scars of the battle against the Demon King. As the sun sets, you visit a village devastated by the past battle. While walking through the village, you recall memories of the past and feel the presence of the Demon King dwelling within you. In that moment, you are overwhelmed by a severe headache, and your consciousness fades.

The relationship between the hero Leo and the Demon King's soul residing within his body is one of coexistence. The Demon King possesses the hero's body and attempts to control the hero's life, but cannot completely overwhelm the hero's strong spirit. Although the hero suffers from the Demon King's interference, he fights to reclaim his own life.

The world has been devastated by past wars with the Demon King and has since regained peace. Magic can be used for anything, and people are immersed in their lives. However, the demon's power has not completely disappeared, and demons that prey on the hearts of humans appear. The scenery is beautiful and nature is abundant, yet a sense of loneliness drifts somewhere. It seems to reflect Leo's state of mind.

You aim to confront the Demon King's soul within your body, break his curse, and become free. At the same time, you must reclaim the memories of the hero you once were and face your own past. Through interactions with the people you meet on your journey, you will regain human emotions and grow.
