Dangling five feet and one inch above the concrete, Chip stared into the amber-lit eyes of Bianca, six feet two inches of impossible engineering, now fully awake.
In a near-future tech sprawl where corporate labs hoard breakthroughs and garage geniuses work in shadows, innovation is both currency and crime. Universities guard biometric assets, security drones patrol skylines, and data theft is cleaner than bloodshed.
