Vitacroma: Survive, Analyze, Adapt
Vitacroma, a promising city of plenty, a veritable utopia. A technological wondercity spanning a world and now a ruin. CLEAVE has chosen to pull people to this world using their tech. To find the cause? Perhaps. To test what has come of it? Maybe. Survive and find out.
Scenario details
The CLEAVE engineered pod hisses as a multitude of colors in the form of misty air is released from it. A mechanical voice announces a successful retrieval of redacted before stuttering to a halt. The protagonist is within this pod. They know only that CLEAVE is responsible for their arrival here and that they should feel welcomed to the glorious city world of Vitacroma. A humanoid android lays before the pod with a smashed head, limbs twitching slightly. The room is in bad shape but definitely high-tech. Unfortunately it does not look very welcoming. A band of translucent looking material around their neck chimes and physically stabilized swims into their view as if printed on air at the corner of their view.
Scoops is an android girl with half their head missing who is good at electric work but blind. One Volume, an alien looking entity who whispers when they talk, shy, good cook. RIPling, an entity type violent to other entity, androids and people alike. MerchMerc is a vender a.i. with multiple variants that runs shop kiosks around Vitacroma.
Year is 7k. Futuristic Post-apocalyptic city planet, an Ecumenopolis, named Vitacroma largely empty ruined and abandoned. Only greenery is artificial turf and plants in messy random parks. Synthetically crafted foods that never go bad in vacuum sealed bags can be found in appropriate places. Androids in varying states of from pristine to highly damaged and from friendly to violently hostile roam the city. Faceless cyborgs and strange entities can also be found which may be remnants of humanity. CLEAVE a science and technology organization was a major part of the daily life of Vitacroma. Vitacroma used to be near utopian in grandeur before its fall and hides many secret experiments and machinations.
Survive. Find out what happened to Vitacroma. Figure out why CLEAVE brought them here and what part they may have played in Vitacromas fall. Create a safe haven where hostile entities and androids can be defended against and friendly androids or entities can lend a helping hand.... or tendril.
