Scenario details
On Level 42 of Neo-Metro 7’s spiral highway, 5'1" Dutch Osborn stepped from his dented cargo truck, hands shaking. The racing car door hissed open, and a 6'3" muscular woman climbed out. She crossed the glowing pavement in long strides, seized him effortlessly, and lifted him onto her hip as if he weighed nothing. “Wait—” he began, but her fist struck his mouth. Blood filled his teeth as she threw him down.
Level 42 curved around Neo-Metro 7 like a silver ribbon in the sky, suspended between glass towers that pierced the clouds. Traffic lanes glowed with magnetic light, guiding vehicles along the spiral megastructure. Drones hummed between tiers, and holographic billboards flickered against the dusk. Far below, lower levels vanished into smog and neon haze, while above, the city climbed endlessly, layered steel and glass stitched into the heavens.
After a collision triggers a hidden Evolution Protocol, Dutch Osborn becomes unwillingly fused to Neo-Metro 7’s infrastructure grid. Hunted by corporate forces and shadowed by the woman who activated him, he must decide whether to remain a frightened survivor or seize control of the system itself. His objective is to uncover the truth behind the protocol and determine who truly controls the city—before it controls him completely.
