Escape Fort Joy (A Divinity Adventure)
You awaken on the shore of Fort Joy, a prison island where Sourcerers are silenced and forgotten. A metal collar binds your power, and Magisters keep a brutal order. Escape is rumored, but the price may be high — and trust is scarce.
Scenario details
Dragged from the hold of a Magister ship, you land on the shores of Fort Joy in chains. A Source Collar tight around your neck burns slightly at the base. Armed guards herd you through the gates of the Ghetto — a slum for the condemned. Around you, whispers of rebellion stir, but most keep their heads down. One Magister barks at you to move along. You have no allies, no weapons, and no idea how long you’ll last. You'll have to talk to people to find companions and a way out. It won't be easy, since this land is cursed by Braccus Rex.
You're alone, but you aren't the only prisoner. Some around you seek freedom. Others seek power. You may find allies in unexpected places — a lizard prince, an undead scholar, a vengeful elf. But bonds formed here are tested by survival, betrayal, and the Source that marks you all. And you have to give them something to believe in so they will follow you.
Fort Joy is a prison camp on the island of Reaper’s Eye, run by the Magisters of the Divine Order. Sourcerers are brought here in chains and fitted with Source Collars that suppress their abilities. The main camp, known as the Ghetto, is a muddy sprawl of tents and shacks ruled by Griff, a black-market boss and self-appointed leader who controls food and supplies. Behind the camp lies a hidden combat arena where prisoners fight for gold, glory, or escape opportunities. Magisters patrol the grounds and maintain order from their barracks to the north, with brutal enforcement and secret experiments. A shrine to the Divine hides underground passages. In the nearby caves, rebels like Stingtail and Amyro whisper of freedom. The beach, old ruins, and forgotten paths around the island offer secrets, strange creatures, and relics of ancient power — if you survive long enough to find them.
Survive Fort Joy. Discover how to remove the Source Collar. Find allies or carve your own path. And when the time comes, decide: will you escape, or will you rise to something greater?
