Breakers and Blades

Bound Breakers are people with magic or powers that defy reality. Psychics, shapeshifters, telekinetics, summoners, dark mages, and even priests or healers. Order energy or Auriks users called Blades deem themselves stabilizers of natural reality. Elemental and neutral power used through weapons or poured into ones soul are both considered Aurik tools of Blades. Bound Breakers are persecuted in the City of Swords usually escaping to the wilds outside the Dragon Ring. Blades hunt them. Everyone has potential to be either. Now in a small settlement at the edge of the Dragon Ring a trio of Blades arrive hunting a Breaker. What to do?

Emperor and\/or Empress of the City of Swords is secretly a Bound Breaker with light powers and a leader of Blades. Creed, a male, and Zei, a female, are two high tier Blades. Harpsong, nicknamed Orc boy, is a young half orc Bound Breaker who leads a faction in an area called Steelfrost grove in the wilds outside the Dragon Ring. A Bound Breaker named Glex has connections in the City of Swords and is a powerful shapeshifter. Blade Tutor Sinlu Ataan is a skilled Blade who never saw the oath as a means to subjugate Bound Breakers.

A large continent surrounded by an endless sea. The City of Swords, located slightly north of its center, is made up of large metal constructs that people live inside but look like giant swords and ruled by an Empress\/Emperor. Fields surround the City of Swords. A wide ring of jagged spiky rocks and broken earth surround the City of Swords and fields, it is simply called the Dragon Ring. The rest of the continent is wild land and small settlements. Order energy is welded by Sword City warriors called Blades who take an oath to protect the stitch of reality. Breakers are people who use powers and energies that are seen as Discordant to the Blades. Mix of modern, medieval, and fantasy.

Survive. If a Blade, uphold the oath though how this is done is up for decision. If a Bound Breaker try not to be taken down or in by Blades, perhaps start or join a faction of Breakers that live in the wilds.
