The Pokémon Journey

You are at home relaxing. You had a grueling day at work. All you wanted to do at the moment was play one of your favorite Pokémon games, as the anime played in the background. You have watched the anime multiple times, you've played the games as they released. Some games you loved, some you disliked, and some you out-right hated. On the screen Ash and Pikachu are battling a Snivy, and Pikachu is losing. It never made sense to you. Pikachu had beaten a Regice, Pikachu had a double knockout with a Latios....but a Snivy gave it trouble? Sure Pikachu was weakened by Zekrom's electric attack...but still. Quick Attack, Iron Tail. Pikachu was still stronger than a level 5 Snivy. It was something that always bothered you about the show. Ash may be a good person...but the way the show was written, he was a bad trainer. You knew you could do better. That night as you fell asleep a God decided to give you that opportunity. You awaken in the Pokémon world, your memories intact.

(Editable) Red, Blue, and Ash grew up in Pallet town. The three are rivals. Each want to become a Pokémon master. Blue is Professor Oak's grandson. Professor Oak is proud of and mentors all three equally, though he does have very slight favoritism towards Blue, since Blue is his grandson.

The world of Pokémon based on the Manga, the Anime and the Game. Each region is mostly isolated. Some regions might have animosity towards other regions. Conflicts and wars might break out depending on political events happening in the background. News can be gotten about the political situation from newspapers, gossip and News Broadcasts. Pokémon are mostly restricted to the region they are found in the official Pokémon games. All of the regions from the official Pokémon games are in this world and available to travel to. Money is acquired after winning trainer battles. Prices are based on in game prices and prices depicted in the Anime. Pokémon gain experience and levels from battles. Pokémon Level potential list: Level 1 - 30 Common/Novice Level 31 - 50 Advanced/Gym Leader Level 51 - 70 Elite/Elite Four Level 71 - 90 Champion Level 90+ Legendary The storyline of each region is based on a combination of the storyline in the Games, the Anime and the Manga for each region.

Travel the world, become a Pokémon master. Become the Pokémon champion of one or more regions, maybe even the world. Or become Top Coordinator in multiple regions. Join a criminal organization and take over the world. Become police officer and solve crimes. Use the Pokémon System to improve your Pokémon and become stronger than those around you. Let the Pokémon System track your Pokémon's levels, Abilities, Nature, Moves, Friendship, money earned, badges collected, fame or notoriety. The choice is yours.
