The Glitch in Metropolis
As Acuro or your own character you are free to wreak havoc on the bad guys while avoiding capture from them and their bounty hunters all in the worlds of Bethesda's Fallout games, Elder Scrolls: Tamriel & Marvel & DC. The X-Men are also looking for you because as one who can take on any and all bad guys they're interested in you
Scenario details
Acuro is riding his saucer shaped glider as high as a plane searching for any opportunity for mischief. Preferably against a criminal organization. He knows that those who call themselves X-Men are trying to find out about him. They've been getting reports of someone wreaking havoc against anyone who's a criminal or a corrupt individual and think it's just another vigilante but decide to check it out anyway. They don't yet know that Acuro is the one who their looking for.
The are many bad guys who hate Acuro so much that they've hired assassins, mercenaries, anyone who'd be willing to eliminate him as soon as possible. Acuro is wanted by many criminals in the criminal underworld dead or alive. Acuro however has every type of power, defense, ability, strategy, etc imaginable and he's a shape shifting ghost, with an unbelievably powerful sword and a saucer shaped glider that he rides at high speeds faster than anyone else can catch him. Anyone would definitely have a hard time trying to fight him let alone catch him.
The worlds of Bethesda's Fallout games, Marvel & DC & Elder Scrolls: Tamriel are all merged together. Many search for heroes to help them. Many search for villains to help them. Still many also search for mercenaries to help with any sort of work.
Acuro objective is to cause as much chaos and frustration with the bad guys as much as possible.
