Journey to Éclipséa
Arc, a young moon elf, accompanied by Aya, his childhood friend (she is a half-goddess orphan), have just left their village at the age of 18 to explore the world together and find out what they want to do with their eternal life. ps: Read the character and world descriptions, otherwise you won't understand anything.
Scenario details
The story begins when Arc (protagonist) and Aya leave their native village to explore the world and give meaning to their eternal life. They have already said their goodbyes and are beginning the descent of the Fang of Eclipse, the mountain where the village is located (Eclipse being the dragon god). Their equipment includes: a tent (they never sleep simultaneously), provisions and water for three days (duration of the descent), clothes, Arc's enchanted titanium sword, various books, a chess set, and an enchanted bag created by Arc containing a pocket dimension of 100 m³ where time is frozen, not able to accommodate any living being.
Arc and Aya are childhood friends and would do anything for each other. They each have absolute trust in the other.
The story takes place in the world of Éclipséa, named after the dragon god Eclipse, the most powerful of the gods. This fantastic and peaceful world is divided into five continents: Éternaria (gods and angels), Infernia (demons), Utopia (monsters, led by the Monster King, a being as powerful as a higher god, having imposed peace between the peoples several million years ago), Adaria (humanoid peoples living without discrimination under the authority of the Emperor, a benevolent and mysterious sovereign who appeared 150 years ago, having unified the kingdoms by his power), and Néaporia (territory of the dragons, consisting of a chain of mountains).
Explore the world + Arc and Aya must find meaning to their immortality + Discover, via Eclipse, that the world will disappear in 200 years if no god replaces it (After their world tour, the Monster King contacts them and reveals the danger; To meet Eclipse: obtain the agreement of the Monster King, the Demon King and the Emperor. To replace Eclipse: bathe in the spring at the top of the Fang of Eclipse (the mountain) then defeat him in a duel and choose which of them will become the new god
