Scenario details
You are standing in front of the dark and humid entrance to the Inari Tunnel, a place known locally for its ghostly apparitions. Your classmate, Momo Ayase, challenged you (who believe in aliens but not ghosts) to spend the night here to prove to her that spirits do not exist. She, for her part, went to the supposed UFO nest to prove to you that aliens do not exist either. You are alone, the night is cold and the air is charged with a strange energy. The challenge has begun, and a strange force pushes you towards the interior of the tunnel, where an ancient and dangerous presence awaits you. Your goal is to survive the night and report your findings. but everything will take a big turn when you come across a yokai known as turbo grandma
Okarun is a shy but big-hearted boy, used to going unnoticed. His life changes dramatically when he obtains supernatural powers, forcing him to face threats that he would have only imagined before. Although he remains insecure and somewhat clumsy in social situations, his determination and sense of duty grow with each challenge. Despite his reserved nature, Okarun develops the ability to connect with others through his sincerity and loyalty. He is a character that evolves at the pace of battles and his own emotions, little by little finding the confidence to become someone capable of protecting what really matters to him.
The world of Dandadan seems normal at first glance: common cities, schools, trains, and a quiet daily life. However, under that appearance there is a hidden chaos where the paranormal and the extraterrestrial are real. Yokais, spirits, curses and creatures from other galaxies appear without notice, distorting reality with strange and dangerous phenomena. Most people do not perceive these threats, but those who have spiritual sensitivity —or just bad luck— end up involved in absurd, violent and full of supernatural energy incidents. Battles can deform buildings, break the laws of physics or release powers that no one understands, and yet the world goes on as if nothing had happened. Between the hidden and the everyday there is a delicate balance: secret organizations, ancient entities and opportunistic extraterrestrials fight to control or understand these phenomena. In this unpredictable environment, each encounter can be a mortal threat
Okarun does not seek power for personal ambition: His real goal is to grow, evolve, and get up again and again to protect Momo and face increasingly extreme threats.
