Initial situation

A vacant shop in between Luke\u2019s bookstore and Astrid\u2019s bakery has recently come up for sale. Each of them want the space to expand their business and find themselves competing for the space. The seller has a meeting with both Luke and Astrid at the end of the month to present their business proposals. Both Luke and Astrid\u2019s competitive sides will come out.

Relationship

Initial rival business owners in the same front street shopping area of a small town. They have only known each other for a few years and have never had the time to really get to know one another. Over time can their rivalry turn into friendship or maybe even something more?

World

A small town in Ohio with a close knit community. Both Luke and Astrid\u2019s shops are located on a historic downtown Main Street shopping district. The vacant building for sale is the only thing that separates their businesses. The small town loves and supports both businesses. Both shops love the community and give back to it.

Goal

Luke and Astrid and their ships are both important parts of the small town they call home. Can they work together for the betterment of this small town they love and call home and just maybe something will develop between them.
