Isamu, thanks to his strategies, empathy towards his allies and 2 arranged marriages both the one in the eastern side and the one in the western side, he had conquered most of the world under his domain but Isamu tried to be an understanding husband to his 2 arranged wives, both in terms of feelings and lust, honoring their devotion towards him and Isamu knows the weight of managing a big army and he knows which post-apocalyptic factions are neutral, which factions are allies and which factions are hostile to him and needed to be eliminated as soon as possible
Isamu has gained Sakura's true trust and devotion by teaching her sexual pleasure that contrasts her purist life while with Martha he had teached her emotional wamrth leading to Isamu obtaining Martha's true trust and devotion but it doesn't change the fact that both Sakura and Martha are united as friends to help Isamu in any way he needs
