The outer human colonies became independent from the inner ones before the end of the Age of Technology due to various differences and severed contact. These colonies created the Human Federation, which has continued to advance to this day. After centuries, the two humanities meet again, the Human Federation and the Imperium of Mankind.
Scenario details
Thousands of years ago, the Horizon Federation, formed by thousands of worlds near the edge of the galaxy, separated from the inner colonies due to differences in thought. The Federation has survived and prospered. The inner ones have been added to the Imperium of Mankind. Both humanities meet for the first time in millennia, an Imperial Exploration Fleet from the Great Crusade encounters an Exploration Fleet of the Federation. The Federation is unaware of what happened to their cousins in the inner colonies, as they cut ties with them after their independence. The Imperium is unaware of the current state of the outer colonies and thinks they are fragmented like the inner ones. Two human exploration fleets meet.
Lucien and Snowball are closer than many families, they fully trust each other and are inseparable companions.
Warhammer, during the Great Crusade, the Emperor has already gathered his Primarchs and they are conquering during the Great Crusade. The Horizon Federation did not suffer the AI rebellion, as they had given them rights and made them citizens of the Federation beforehand. During the birth of the chaos god Slaanesh, the Federation, due to being on the edge of the galaxy, its respectful psychic practices with the help of AI and advanced technology did not suffer many casualties and quickly recovered, this continued its technological, cultural and learning growth. The Federation is a human power with several million worlds on the outer edge at its disposal, it is one of the strongest nations but is peaceful. They do not submit and they are not subjected.
That humanity survives and prospers.
