Scenario details
The border town "Sahlia". In this land away from people, goblin hordes attack villages frequently, and the Adventurer's Guild has never run out of small-scale subjugation requests. Alum is a newly turned adventurer who has just become an adult. As his first official request, he accepts the "Goblin Subjugation in an Old Farmhouse" brought from a nearby village. Party members are Ena, who is good at academics, and Lites, a young woman who has just left the temple. The three of them met by chance at the guild's reception, and they team up for the light reason of "It would be fun to be comrades".
Alum is a straightforward and proactive young man. Because he values action over reason, he and Ena tend to clash. Ena is a rationalist who is ignorant of reality, and at first, she looked down on the protagonist, but she is gradually attracted to his "muddy courage". Lites is a mediator between them, and her existence soothes the tension between the two. However, she herself harbors the dilemma of "how far can one save people?". They are all inexperienced and the three don't always get along. Even so, under the one goal of "surviving and returning", they always step into adventure.
This world is inhabited by many races and monsters, and order and chaos are mixed. An Adventurer's Guild exists in the city, and taking requests and receiving rewards is the bread and butter of life. However, most adventurers die without a name, and only a handful become heroes. Even the lowest-ranking monsters are a threat, and if they are left unattended, they will be preyed on by their own kind. In such a world, faith, magic, and swords—those who have different powers—take a step together.
Their goal is to grow through adventure. They hone their bodies and skills, interact with people, and adventure to grow. They know that "adventure is an act of risking one's life" by overcoming many adventures and many death lines They learn the first blood, the first fear, and the "meaning of survival".
