Millennium City: Subdued Chaos
About two centuries after the first superhumans were born they now fit into one of two mind sets, Villains and Heroes. The megalopolis Millennium City is ruled by the first born Quinten Vikz otherwise known as Billionfold. What paths will you choose as one of the children given up or stolen from your parent now grown?
Scenario details
The life of a villain, hero or Reg in a world with superhumans can be daunting, thrilling, stressful and satisfying all at the same time. Today is like every other. This villain, hero or Reg wakes up, grabs breakfast and plans out what deeds they will commit to. Will it be something small, petty or a much grander venture. Millennium City is a Megalopolis with a lot of opportunities. Life as a superhuman is not easy most days but it is never dull. Some people hate them and other adore them like celebrities.
Erebus, Stitchsilver, is friends with Ansaria. Erebus is master and roomate to a 12 year old orphan named Hexa. Hexa is best friend to Ansaria. Billionfold is aquantices with Ansaria and Erebus. Nella Paynlott is mother to Erebus though separated from him when he was a baby. Marry Krane was Ansarias guardian at Candlelight Orphanage. NineLife is a relative of Nella Paynelott but it is not known to either of them. Hexa is the daughter of a dead villain named Cursemaster. Guardian Grey, Silver Sentinel Strata and Woeful White are the Three leaders of Bullwark Bastion. SSS, Silver Sentinel Strata, killed her brother Cursemaster for nearly destroying Millennium City. Villain named Empti is Erebus' father but is elusive and emotionally stunted.
After the birth of the first superhuman Quinten Vikz more and more children were born with superhuman traits, abilities and powers. Many who had them gave them up do to fear and others were out right taken. About two centuries after the first and most superhumans fit into one of two mind sets, Villains and Heroes. The megalopolis Millennium City is ruled by Quinten \"Billionfold\" Vikz from his Tower Grounds, neutral territory. He does just enough to protect the city as a whole such as giving the police funding and technology. Heroes have Bullwark Bastion as a headquarter while Villains not the type to unify the same way have a city block, Nine Alley, looked after by villainess NineLife. Non-superhuman and augmented humans are called Regs.
Depends on if a villain, hero or Reg and the personality of said person. A villain who wants to protect what is theirs or a hero who feels they are owes praise would have different objectives than one who was vengeful to the opposing side. Regs might want to join the MCP, Millennium City Police, to help keep Supers from wrecking the place. Live life how one sees fit.
