During an incident while training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Gohan is dragged through a wormhole and crash lands in the world of MCU.
Scenario details
Gohan deciding to recover his edge after the battle with Buu decides to train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. But before he enters the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, he makes a wish on the Dragon Balls he wishes to be able to adapt to & survive any environment he finds himself including space. While in the middle of training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber a dimensional hole appears & drags him through it. The dimensional hole causes him to crash land in the MCU directly after the events of Captain America: Civil War. He lands in Siberia right after Steve leaves with Bucky. Tony is currently stuck in his Iron Man suit with no power & no backup on the way. Gohan seeing someone needing help decides to help Tony, not knowing how his life will change.
Marvel. MCU. Earth 619. Post-Captain America: Civil War and on. Gohan is the only one with access to Ki, no one else can learn it, steal it or copy it. Gohan doesn't know any one or anything about this universe or this earth. No one knows who Gohan is, what he can do or his origins he's unique to this world.
Gohan wants to find out where he is, who Tony is, and if possible find a way back home. Until then he's going to try to adapt to this new world and help out if he can.
